ARDBEG WHISKY UIGEADAIL

The Ardbeg Uigeadail is in every respect the "aggravated" version of the well-known Ardbeg 10 yo. It shows an intense smoky aroma of distinct spiciness on the nose, accompanied by musty and leathery tones, which are cushioned by a slight sweetness.

On the palate, this Scotch whisky seems almost gentle at first before unleashing on the tongue a veritable explosion of dry fruity yeasts coupled with distinct vanilla tones from cask aging, dominated by the ubiquitous peat and a caramel-like sweetness. The long finish is sharp and imparts a warming pleasure. According to whiskey connoisseur Michael Jackson "A shock to the systems".

FERDINAND'S GOLD CAP SAAR GIN 2018

Inspired by the tasty wines that have made the region so famous, the makers selected very special herbs, spices and other plants to give their gins its unique aroma. These include the signature juniper, citrus aromas of lemons and oranges, floral notes of passionflower, lavender and jasmine, and the subtle spice of fennel, coriander and sandalwood.

Angelica root adds a slight bitterness to the finish of Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin Goldcap 2018. To incorporate the unique flavor of wine, the Goldcap grape is also used in the distillation of this gin.
